Quality handmade Lime Liqueur using fresh 100% local limes. An infusion of fresh Lime Zest and the purest of sugarcane alcohol. A strong flavoured zesty lime drink that makes a great addition to Cocktails.

Recently received Gold Medal at the International Review of Spirits Competition (IRSC) 2010 Chicago in October and Bronze Medal at the International Wine and Spirits Competition (IWSC) 2010 London in July.

The judges at the IRSC 2010 recently described it as:
" Murky green gray color. Bright baked and candied lime peel aromas with a tart, supple fruity sweet medium-to-full body and a long, peppery, honeyed lime peel and juice finish. Great vibrancy and purity will elevate cocktails.."

Best served straight from the freezer and poured into a glass with crushed ice, as an ingredient to Cocktails or simply poured over ice cream.
